Gold — $395/month: Everything in Starter, plus up to 20-page website, full local SEO and keyword research, ongoing GBP management, Facebook page setup and management, 2 SEO blog posts per month, and seasonal homepage updates.
Premium — $545/month: Everything in Gold, plus local SEO citation building, 4 blog posts per month, email marketing campaigns, Google review management strategy, AI YouTube video marketing, customer payment portal, and Google Maps 3-pack optimization.
No setup fees on any plan. No contracts. Cancel anytime. Your first charge is exactly your plan’s monthly fee — nothing more.
No setup fees. No hidden fees. No contracts of any kind. LocalWeb Pro runs month-to-month — you pay for the current month and that’s it. There are no cancellation penalties, no annual commitments, and no fine print to worry about.
The only charge at signup is your first month’s plan fee. Everything included in your plan is covered by that — hosting, domain registration, design, content, SEO, and Earl’s ongoing work on your account.
The honest answer depends on your situation. Here’s how Earl generally recommends thinking about it:
- Starter is right if you have no website or a very outdated one, you’re just getting started online, or you want to get professional and findable quickly without a large monthly investment.
- Gold is right if you’re established, you want to rank consistently on Google, and you want the ongoing content and SEO that compounds over time. Most contractors with more than 2 years in business are a good fit here.
- Premium is right if you want to dominate your local market — not just participate in it. High job-value trades (roofing, GC, HVAC) typically see the strongest ROI on Premium.

Yes — you can change your plan at any time. Many clients start on Starter to get live quickly and upgrade to Gold or Premium once they see results and want to invest more. Just contact Earl directly and the change takes effect on your next billing date.
Upgrading is seamless — your existing site, domain, and content all carry over. There’s no rebuild and no extra fee for the transition.
LocalWeb Pro accepts all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment is charged automatically on your monthly billing date — there’s nothing you need to do each month beyond keeping your payment method current.
If a payment fails, Earl emails you directly to let you know. We’ll retry within 3 business days. If the payment can’t be collected within 7 days of your billing date, services may be paused until the payment goes through — but your site data and content are always preserved. Just update your payment method and everything resumes immediately.
LocalWeb Pro can adjust pricing, but only with at least 30 days written notice to all active clients. If we ever raise prices, you’ll receive an email with the new rate and the effective date well in advance. You’re always free to cancel before any price increase takes effect — with no penalty.
To date, LocalWeb Pro has not raised prices on existing clients.
LocalWeb Pro doesn’t run ongoing discount promotions — the listed monthly price is the price. However, Earl occasionally runs limited-time offers for specific situations. The best way to find out about current offers is to call or email directly.
LocalWeb Pro does have a referral program — if you refer another contractor who signs up, you earn a credit toward your monthly plan. See the Referral Program page for details.
Website & Design
7 questionsStarter clients get up to 10 pages. Gold and Premium clients get up to 20 pages. Typical pages include: Homepage, Services overview, individual service pages (one per major service), About, Service Area, Testimonials, Contact, and Blog.
If you need additional pages beyond your plan’s limit, Earl can add them for a reasonable one-time fee. Most clients find their plan’s page count is more than sufficient for their needs.
Your homepage goes live within 72 hours of signing up — that’s a guarantee. The full site (all service pages, SEO optimization, and content) typically completes within 5–7 business days, depending on your plan and how quickly you can provide photos and any business-specific details.
The faster you respond to Earl’s onboarding questions, the faster your full site goes live. Most clients are fully launched within 2 weeks of signup.
Every plan includes unlimited design revisions. Earl works with you until you’re 100% happy with how your website looks and functions. There’s no limit on revision rounds and no extra charge for changes — ever.
Earl starts the design process by reviewing contractors in your specific trade and service area to understand what’s working locally, so the first version is usually close. But anything you want changed — colors, layout, copy, photos, order of sections — just ask.
Content (text): Earl writes all the content for your website based on a short onboarding form you fill out after signing up. You don’t need to write anything — just answer his questions about your business, services, and service area.
Photos: Real photos of your work are strongly preferred and consistently outperform stock images. If you have job photos, send them and Earl will use them. If you don’t have any yet, professional stock images are sourced on your behalf to get you launched — you can swap in your own photos over time as you take them.
Yes — every LocalWeb Pro website is fully responsive and mobile-optimized. This means it looks great and loads fast on phones, tablets, and desktops. Your phone number is tap-to-call. Forms work correctly on touch screens. And the site passes Google’s Core Web Vitals requirements for mobile performance.
Mobile optimization isn’t an add-on — it’s built into every site from the start, because over 70% of contractor website traffic comes from mobile devices.
You can — LocalWeb Pro builds on WordPress, so if you’re comfortable with the WordPress editor, you can make basic changes like adding photos, updating text, or writing blog posts.
That said, most clients prefer to just send Earl a message when they need something changed. He handles all updates as part of your monthly plan — there’s no extra charge for content updates, new photos, or copy changes. Most updates are done within 24 hours of the request.
LocalWeb Pro builds on WordPress — the most widely used website platform in the world, powering over 40% of all websites. This means your site is built on stable, well-supported technology that will work reliably for years.
WordPress also means that if you ever leave LocalWeb Pro and purchase your website files, you can take the site to any WordPress hosting provider in the world and continue running it with full access to the platform’s huge ecosystem of developers and tools.
Ownership & Cancellation
6 questionsYes — unconditionally and permanently. Your .com domain name is registered in your name from day one. LocalWeb Pro registers all domains as the client’s property. If you cancel tomorrow, you keep your domain forever — no questions, no conditions, no fees.
This is one of the things Earl feels most strongly about. Your domain is your digital address — it belongs to you and no one should ever be able to hold it over your head.
Your website is hosted on LocalWeb Pro servers as part of your active monthly plan. When your last paid billing period ends, the website goes offline. Your domain name remains yours and can be pointed to any new website you have built elsewhere.
However, you have the option to purchase your complete website files for a one-time fee of $597. This includes all page code, content, blog posts, and images — delivered as files you can host on any WordPress hosting provider. See the next question for details.
Yes. For a one-time payment of $597 at cancellation, LocalWeb Pro will deliver a complete copy of everything built for you — all page code, written content, blog posts, images, and hosting setup instructions.
You can then take these files to any WordPress hosting provider (WP Engine, SiteGround, Cloudways, etc.) and continue running your site exactly as it was, with full control. Files are delivered within 5 business days of payment.
This option exists because Earl believes you should always leave LocalWeb Pro in a better position than you arrived — regardless of why you’re cancelling.
To cancel, contact Earl directly — call, text, or email. There is no online cancellation form, no automated system, and no runaround. You talk directly to Earl and he handles it.
There is zero cancellation fee. Zero penalty. Zero paperwork. To avoid being charged for the next month, give at least 7 days notice before your billing date. Earl confirms all cancellations in writing within 24 hours.
You always own: Your domain name, photos and images you provided, your Google Business Profile, your business email, and any social media pages set up for you.
LocalWeb Pro owns: The website design, the written content, and the code — while you’re a client, these power your site. At cancellation, you can purchase them for $597 or start fresh elsewhere with your domain in hand.
LocalWeb Pro does not offer refunds on completed monthly billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, your service continues through the end of your paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
However, if there is ever a billing error on our part — a double charge, an incorrect amount, or any charge you didn’t authorize — Earl corrects it immediately and issues a full refund without question. Billing errors are fixed same-day.
SEO & Results
6 questionsNo — and any company that makes that guarantee is lying to you. Google’s ranking algorithm is determined by Google, changes constantly, and involves hundreds of factors outside any agency’s control.
What LocalWeb Pro guarantees: professional website design, consistent local SEO work every month, quality content that earns rankings over time, and Earl’s honest best effort on every account. These are the inputs that consistently lead to better rankings — but results vary by market, trade, and competition level.
What you can realistically expect: most clients see meaningful improvement in their local search visibility within 60–90 days of launching, and continued improvement over the first 6–12 months as the SEO work compounds.
Honest answer: local SEO typically takes 60–90 days to show meaningful movement and 6–12 months to reach its peak effectiveness. This is true for any legitimate SEO service — anyone promising faster results is either working with paid ads (not organic SEO) or overpromising.
The good news: once you’ve built rankings, they’re durable. Organic positions earned through good SEO work tend to hold and compound over time in a way that paid advertising doesn’t.
LocalWeb Pro focuses exclusively on organic local SEO and content marketing — not paid advertising. This means building rankings that don’t disappear the moment you stop paying for them.
Paid ads can be an effective complement to organic SEO for some businesses — but they’re a separate service that LocalWeb Pro doesn’t currently manage. If you’re running your own Google Ads, Earl can make sure your website is optimized to convert that traffic effectively.
LocalWeb Pro’s primary focus is New England — Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Maine — because that’s the market Earl knows deeply and can serve most effectively.
That said, Earl does occasionally work with contractors outside New England on a case-by-case basis. If you’re located outside the region and interested, reach out directly at 617-460-2720 or info@lwpweb.com to have a conversation about your specific situation.
LocalWeb Pro works with a wide range of contractor and service trades across New England, including:
- Landscapers and lawn care companies
- Roofers and general contractors
- Electricians and plumbers
- HVAC companies
- Cleaning services (residential and commercial)
- Auto detailers and auto mechanics
- Pool service and installation companies
- Painters, masons, and concrete contractors
- Power washing companies
- Handymen and carpenters
- Paving and asphalt companies
If your trade isn’t listed, reach out anyway — Earl works with most home and commercial service businesses.
Earl is selective about taking on clients who directly compete with existing clients in the same trade and service area. He doesn’t want to be in a position of working against his own clients.
If you’re concerned about exclusivity in your specific market, bring it up directly on the call. Earl will give you a straight answer about whether he’s working with any direct competitors in your area.
Process & Timeline
5 questionsWithin a few hours of signing up, Earl emails you a short onboarding questionnaire. It asks for your business name, services, service area, phone number, existing domain (if any), and any photos or materials you’d like to include.
Once you return that — which takes about 10–15 minutes — Earl gets to work immediately. Your homepage goes live within 72 hours. The full site is typically complete within 5–7 business days.
No — a free .com domain name is included with every plan. Earl will help you choose the right domain for your business and register it in your name during onboarding.
If you already have a domain you want to keep, that’s completely fine. Earl will handle the transfer or connection to your new site — no extra charge and no disruption to your current email if you have one set up on it.
Directly — by phone, text, or email. There’s no project management software, no ticketing system, and no account manager layer between you and Earl. You have his direct phone number and email from day one.
Most clients find that a quick text to Earl is the fastest way to get a change made or a question answered. He typically responds within a few hours during business hours and turns around most changes same-day or next-day.
This varies by plan, but on a Gold or Premium account, a typical month includes: checking your Google Business Profile performance and making optimizations, publishing 2–4 SEO blog posts, managing and responding to GBP posts, monitoring your local search rankings, handling any website updates you’ve requested, and keeping an eye on your overall online presence for anything that needs attention.
On all plans, Earl is available for any specific requests — new service pages, seasonal updates, photo additions, copy changes — as part of your monthly subscription. You’re not on a schedule; you can reach out anytime something comes up.
Yes — Earl personally handles every client account. LocalWeb Pro is intentionally a small, owner-operated business. There are no junior employees assigned to your account, no offshore contractors writing your content, and no automated tools replacing human judgment on your SEO.
This is a deliberate choice. Earl believes the quality of work is higher and the client relationship is better when one experienced person takes ownership of each account from start to finish.
