• ✓Email communications — retained for up to 3 years for reference and service continuity
• ✓Analytics data — anonymous and aggregate; retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information

After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized. You can request early deletion of your personal information at any time — see Section 8.

Your Rights

You have meaningful rights over your personal information. We respect these rights and will respond to any request promptly — typically within 5 business days.
