No Contracts — Ever

Your Domain Is Always Yours
Your .com domain name belongs to you from day one and forever — even after cancellation. It is registered in your name, period.

Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LocalWeb Pro’s website design and digital marketing services (“Services”). By signing up for any LocalWeb Pro plan, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
LocalWeb Pro is owned and operated by Earl McGhee, based in the Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts. Questions about these Terms can be directed to Earl directly at info@lwpweb.com or 617-460-2720.
These Terms are written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, please ask before you sign up — not after. Earl is always available to answer questions directly.
Our Services
LocalWeb Pro provides monthly website design and digital marketing services for contractors and service businesses across New England. Depending on your plan, services may include:
- Professional website design and development (up to 10 or 20 pages depending on plan)
- Web hosting on LocalWeb Pro servers
- Free .com domain name registration in the client’s name
- Local SEO optimization and keyword targeting
- Google Business Profile setup and/or ongoing management
- Monthly blog post writing and publication
- Facebook page setup and management
- Seasonal homepage updates
- Email marketing, citation building, YouTube videos, and review management (Premium plan only)
The exact services included in each plan are described on the Pricing page. LocalWeb Pro reserves the right to update service offerings with reasonable notice to active clients.
Billing & Payment
Monthly Plans: All LocalWeb Pro plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your billing date is set on the day you sign up and repeats each month thereafter.
No Setup Fees: LocalWeb Pro does not charge setup fees on any plan. The first month’s plan fee is the only charge at signup.
No Long-Term Contracts: All plans are month-to-month. You are never locked into a long-term commitment of any kind.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is processed automatically each month on your billing date.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to retry within 3 business days. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days of the due date, services may be suspended until payment is received.
Price Changes: LocalWeb Pro may adjust plan pricing with a minimum of 30 days written notice to active clients. You may cancel before any price increase takes effect with no penalty.
Starter: $195/month · Gold: $395/month · Premium: $545/month. All prices are in US dollars. No setup fees. No contracts. Cancel anytime.

This is the most important section for clients to understand. Here is a clear breakdown of who owns what — both during your active plan and after cancellation.

Your .com domain name belongs to you from the moment it is registered. LocalWeb Pro registers all domains in the client’s name. If you cancel, you keep your domain and can point it to any new website or hosting service. This is an unconditional promise — no exceptions, no asterisks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling LocalWeb Pro is simple, fair, and penalty-free. Here is exactly how it works, step by step:
The LocalWeb Pro Cancellation Process
Simple, honest, and respectful of your time as a contractor.
Contact Earl Directly
Call or text Earl at 617-460-2720, or email info@lwpweb.com. You can also reply to any billing email. There is no cancellation form, no automated system, and no runaround — you talk directly to Earl.
Give 7 Days Notice Before Your Next Billing Date
To avoid being charged for the next month, please notify us at least 7 days before your monthly billing date. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of your billing date, the next month’s charge may apply and services will continue through that paid period.
No Cancellation Fee — Ever
There is zero cancellation fee. Zero penalty. Zero paperwork. You simply stop being billed. We will confirm your cancellation in writing by email within 24 hours of your request.
Your Domain Is Transferred to You
Your .com domain name will be transferred to your own registrar account (we will help you set one up if needed) within 5 business days of cancellation at absolutely no charge. You keep it forever.
Website Goes Offline at End of Paid Period
Your website is hosted on LocalWeb Pro servers as part of your active monthly plan. When your last paid billing period ends, the website goes offline. Your domain name remains yours and can be pointed to a new site at any time.
Optional: Purchase Your Website Files
You have the option to purchase a complete copy of your website files for a one-time fee of $597. This includes all pages, content, images, and code — delivered as files you can host anywhere. See Section 6 for full details.
LocalWeb Pro does not offer refunds on completed monthly billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, services continue through the end of your paid period and no partial-month refund is issued. However, if there is a billing error on our part, we will correct it immediately and issue a full refund for any erroneous charges without question.
Website Content Purchase Option
When you cancel, you have the option to purchase a complete copy of your website — everything Earl built for you — to host on your own hosting account or with another provider.
For a one-time payment of $597, LocalWeb Pro will deliver all website files including: all page HTML/CSS/JS code, all written content and blog posts, all images and media files, and setup instructions for your new hosting provider. Payment is due at the time of cancellation. Files are delivered within 5 business days of payment.
This option exists because we believe in leaving every client in a better position than we found them — whether they continue with LocalWeb Pro or not. Many clients who cancel do so for cash flow reasons, not dissatisfaction. This option ensures you never lose the work that was done for your business.
To request the website file purchase at cancellation, simply mention it when you contact Earl to cancel. He will invoice you separately and deliver the files once payment is received.
Client Responsibilities
To get the best results from LocalWeb Pro and ensure the smoothest possible working relationship, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information — correct name, address, phone, services offered, and service area for use on your website and Google Business Profile
- Respond to reasonable requests — when Earl needs approval on content, photos, or design decisions, please respond within 5 business days to keep your project on schedule
- Provide photos when possible — real photos of your completed work dramatically improve website performance; stock images are available but your actual project photos are strongly preferred
- Keep billing information current — notify us of any payment method changes before your billing date to avoid service interruption
- Use services for lawful purposes only — you agree not to use LocalWeb Pro services to promote illegal activities or services
Results & Performance
LocalWeb Pro is committed to delivering professional, high-quality website design and marketing services for every client, every month. However, we must be transparent about what we can and cannot guarantee:
LocalWeb Pro does not guarantee specific Google rankings, a specific number of leads per month, or a specific revenue increase. Search engine rankings are determined by Google’s algorithms, which change frequently and are outside our control. We guarantee professional work, consistent execution, and our best efforts — but not specific outcomes.
What we do commit to: professional website design and development, consistent local SEO work each month, regular content updates, Google Business Profile management, and responsive personal service from Earl on every account. These are the inputs that consistently lead to improved rankings and more leads over time — but results vary by market, trade, competition level, and other factors outside our control.
Any results mentioned on our website (such as client testimonials describing ranking improvements or lead increases) represent individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of what any new client will experience.
Intellectual Property
Content We Create: All website content, copy, blog posts, images, and design elements created by LocalWeb Pro remain the intellectual property of LocalWeb Pro unless purchased by the client under the Content Purchase Option (Section 6) or otherwise agreed to in writing.
Content You Provide: Any photos, text, logos, or other materials you provide to LocalWeb Pro remain your property. By providing them, you grant LocalWeb Pro a limited license to use them in building and maintaining your website and marketing materials.
Your Business Name & Brand: Your business name, logo, and brand identity are always yours. LocalWeb Pro uses them solely to provide services on your behalf.
Portfolio Use: LocalWeb Pro reserves the right to display your website as an example of our work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality & Privacy
LocalWeb Pro treats all client information as confidential. We will never sell, share, or disclose your business information, contact details, or account specifics to any third party without your express written consent — except as required by law.
Information collected through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We use your business information solely to provide and improve the services you have signed up for. We do not use client information for any other commercial purpose.
Limitation of Liability
LocalWeb Pro’s liability to any client for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
LocalWeb Pro is not liable for: lost revenue or business opportunities resulting from ranking changes, Google algorithm updates that affect search rankings, third-party platform changes (Facebook, Yelp, Angi, etc.), website downtime caused by hosting infrastructure failures or forces outside our control, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
We do our best work for every client, every month. We operate in a complex digital environment with many variables outside our control, and these limitations reflect that reality fairly.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these Terms or LocalWeb Pro’s services shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
Before pursuing any formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes directly and in good faith — starting with a phone call to Earl at 617-460-2720. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and fairly with a direct, honest conversation.
Changes to These Terms
LocalWeb Pro may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
- Email all active clients with a clear summary of what changed and why
- Give at least 30 days notice before any material changes take effect
Continued use of LocalWeb Pro services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your plan before they take effect with no penalty.
