How far ahead should I book a patio project?
Book your consultation in winter or early spring if you can. Design takes a few weeks, and the building season fills quickly from April on.
How long does a patio last in New England?
A properly built patio can last decades. The key is what’s underneath: we excavate deep enough and compact the base in layers so frost doesn’t heave the stone.
Pavers or natural stone?
Pavers are uniform, durable and budget-friendly. Natural stone like bluestone or granite has a classic look and higher cost. We show you both in your 3D design.
Do you need a permit for a retaining wall?
Many towns require a permit for walls over a certain height. We check with your town and handle the paperwork as part of the project.
